Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
- Eligibility: You may cancel your order before it has been shipped from our warehouse.
- Process: To cancel an order, log in to your indiamart4u.com account, navigate to “My Orders,” select the order you wish to cancel, and click “Cancel Order.” Alternatively, contact our customer support team at support@indiamart4u.com or call us at [Your Customer Support Number].
- Timeline: Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order status changes to “Shipped.”
- Refunds: If payment was made, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
2. Order Cancellation After Shipment
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the product after delivery as per the Return Policy below.
Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified in the product listing.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received, with all tags, accessories, and manuals included.
- Eligible Products: Most products are eligible for return, except for the following:
- Personal care items, undergarments, and other hygiene-related products.
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Products explicitly marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
- Reason for Return: Returns are accepted for reasons such as:
- Product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Wrong item delivered.
- Product does not match the description or specifications listed on indiamart4u.com.
2. Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Log in to your indiamart4u.com account, go to “My Orders,” select the order, and click “Request Return.” Fill out the return form with the reason for return.
- Approval: Our team will review your request within 2 business days. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for shipping the item back.
- Shipping: Return shipping costs will be borne by indiamart4u.com for defective or incorrect items. For other eligible returns, you may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
- Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. This process may take 3-5 business days.
- Refund or Replacement: Once approved, you can choose between a refund to the original payment method or a replacement product (subject to availability). Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Items without original packaging or missing components.
- Items returned after the 7-day return period (unless otherwise specified).
Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the return is approved and the item is received and inspected.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be credited to your indiamart4u.com wallet or bank account (details to be provided).
- Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping fees, COD charges, or other service fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
